Trained at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College. I am a mother of 3 who decided to quit my corporate job in 2018 and start a small home-based business. Pastries and Pearls is a fully health inspected home bakery. I attend farmers markets seasonally as well as do custom orders all year long.
I have always enjoyed a love of baking. Along side my grandmothers and family from a young age I was taught many different recipes and techniques. Growing up in a large extended farming family has given me such a love for wholesome independently grown ingredients. I strive for fresh seasonal farm to table pastries and cakes wherever I can. I love being creative and thinking of new unique ideas.

I am located centrally in Niagara and appear at several Niagara-based farm markets. Pick up and delivery available*.
